SpaceDistrict collects only the information needed to operate the marketplace: your name, contact details, and booking history. We never sell your data. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers. Uploaded photos are stored securely and used only to display your listings. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support.
By using SpaceDistrict you agree to book spaces for lawful business use only, honour the cancellation policy of each space, and treat spaces with care. Owners agree to represent their spaces accurately, honour confirmed bookings, and comply with local regulations. SpaceDistrict charges a 15% platform commission on completed bookings. Disputes are reviewed case by case; SpaceDistrict's decision on credits is final. This is a pilot service — terms may be updated with notice.
